Hello,

I have a customer who's had this issue for a while now and it's so difficult to replicate that I haven't had any luck troubleshooting it myself or with Support. The users in question use the Windows client exclusively, and the fields in question are multivalue, part of a field group, and have a dynamic field relationship. Occasionally, users will notice that an additional field group has been added to a document, and it's always a duplicate of an existing group. Audit Trail lists the user in question as having added that additional group, but I'm 99% sure they're not doing it manually themselves. 

I've built some stuff that's intended to catch this, as this data gets exported to another system and we can't have these duplicated values getting exported. But just curious if anyone else has ever had someone describe this same situation to them as this is the only time I've ever encountered this, and it's so infrequent that I can't ever replicate it, and Audit Trail and trace logs all show that the user is simply adding the extra field group, but I'm almost certain they're not clicking the + button and typing it all in a 2nd time.

Any ideas?
