I have had this issue several times on the new Forms Designer.  I thought I had posted about it already, but cannot find it...

I go to edit a field that already has something in the "Text Above Field" option, but when I click on the field in question the option is missing entirely.  The "Text Below Field" option is there, but no "Text Above."  It's not in the "Advanced" tab either.  Refreshing the page doesn't work; I have to leave entirely then navigate back.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is it a known bug?
