Hi,

All of a sudden, when we go to start a form, it states it has been submitted, but then stops before the first approver and then is non-existent in Forms. Any idea why this could be?

Hi Lynn,

Does restarting the Forms Routing Service on your Forms server cause these instances to suddenly appear? I sometimes see this happen with DMZ Forms servers sharing a SQL database. It's uncommon enough that I don't remember the permanent solution, but restarting the internal Forms Routing Service always clears it up. Curious if that does anything in your environment.

Could be worth contacting your VAR about - they can open a case with Laserfiche Support to try to figure out why this happened.
