Hello All,
Please can anyone guide me.

I just designed a workflow in Laserfiche cloud that routes documents to specific folders. I noticed that the default workflow connection profile cannot see the folders because it doesn't have the tag attached to those folders. So it creates that folder and places a shortcut of the document in it. So how do i give a tag to the default workflow connection profile because i cannot see it under accounts/users.

I believe it is. I don't know if you can change much about the workflow connection profile in Cloud - it just uses the ProcessAutomationUser.

Hi Adeyemi,

Go to the Repository Administration page:

Then, go to the Users node and click on the ProcessAutomationUser. You should be able to apply security tags in the General tab.

Thanks Jacob for the reply A Quick question: The connection profile name in the Workflow designer displays a set of numbers but it doesnt actually say ProcessAutomationUser. Is the same user?

My workflow now works as expected after adding the tag to the Process User.
