This certification is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge to manage and secure repository environments effectively. This certification includes key courses that lay a strong foundation in repository security principles and best practices, ensuring your users have appropriate permissions based on their roles. By completing this certification, you will be well-prepared to implement robust security measures and safeguard your organization’s data. This series is based on Laserfiche Cloud and the content also applies to Laserfiche 11.

Certification Objectives:

By the end of this series, you will be able to:

• Identify the different repository security concepts, such as groups, inheritance, and scope
• Summarize the differences between feature rights and privileges, identify their functionality, and administer them to users and groups
• Describe what entry access rights are and how they interact with other rights, administer entry access rights for users and groups, and identify and apply the principles of scope
• Determine the applicable security report to use depending on your use case, integrate field and template access rights according to your needs, summarize how security tags work and implement security tags as needed
