READ/WRITE ERROR

Hello Everyone,

Please I need help. I have a participant user who when i first created it and assigned a Participant License could log in to forms but suddenly now it can t log in to forms anymore.

It keeps giving the error:   user is not a read/write named user.

I have n clue what the problem is.

Hi Adeyemi,

When you say you created it, did you create it in LFDS or in Forms? If you go to the administration page of Forms, how is the participant user displayed right now, is it assigned with a license still? I'm not sure what you mean it suddenly cannot login, it could be some configuration changed, or you manually triggered a user sync in Forms, that updated the status of this user. If you feel it's hard to troubleshoot here, please contact our support team for help.

It was created in LFDS actually and assigned a Participant License and was added to a group. It worked only once in login in to forms. But now it just gives the error user is not a read/write named user
