I Have a Laserfiche Server with Rio Liscense, but SAML Identity Provider is not available as an option. Is there any additional set up I need to enable SAML Identity Provider as an option?

Hi Noah,
Laserfiche Server 10/11 will show "License: Laserfiche Rio" when licensed from LFDS instead of its own individual product activation key. This is basically a display bug/issue we're fixing in Laserfiche 12.
For perpetual licensing, you can tell which it actually is from the "Product edition" field:
- "Standard" = Avante
- "Enterprise" = Rio
I'm looking at the company profile associated with your Answers/Support site account here and it shows all your purchased products are under the "Avante/Subscription" family, not Rio.
The SAML Identity Provider option doesn't appear in Directory Server because your company has Avante licensing.
