Is there a way to remove or delete a Metadata Templates, were having fields conflict.

Yes, users with the appropriate privileges can delete it from the Laserfiche Administration Console.

What do you mean by "fields conflict"?

What I'm running into a client template with duplicate specific fields for example "Street Name" comes up as "Street Name (2)" in the template, because we imported a provided template from the client and we had previous template with similarities.

Then you likely want to merge the fields instead of deleting them. That way you can keep the values.
