Re-configure Laserfiche add-in for Outlook

I need help to reconfigure the Laserfiche add-in for Office.

I initially installed the add-in when we were using Laserfiche on-prem. Now, we are using Laserfiche cloud and of course is trying to connect to our old server.

 

I have looked at the documentation but it has not been helpful so far. Any help on how to go about this?

I think you're referring to the Laserfiche Office Integration since you mention you had it working with your self-hosted repository.

If you click on the Laserfiche tab in your Outlook ribbon, you should see a "Save to Laserfiche button". From there, you should have an option to change the repository. Click "Attach" and then use the option to log into your Laserfiche Cloud account.

I was hoping that was the case but it still tries to connect to the old server and it errors out.

I tried something different.

I tried from another office application (Word) and I was able to detach and re-attach to our new cloud repository however I am getting an error now: "Unexpected: SessionKey is null." but it stills let's me import after I click ok.

 

Any ideas how I can fix the error?
