Search results only to include the name at the beginning and no where else in the name

I am trying to create a search syntax for the word "Working", but I only want results where working is the beginning of the folder name. Is this possible?

For example

Name Results

Working Folder

Name Not in results

Where task is working

0 0

If you're using the web client, something like this will return all folder whose names starts with "Working"

Or in the desktop client:
