Unable to connect to the Laserfiche Server; Access denied. [9013] [LFF3005-UnableToConnectToLFServer]

 Good Day.I am struggling to access the repository in the web client server so i am trying to create profile and it is giving me this error.I am using the web Client for the first time i  have been using the Cloud.Please Assist

You look to be attempting to use Forms, not the web client for the repository. The error indicates that this user is not allowed to log into the repository. Have you tried logging in we this user through the Laserfiche web client first? Does that work?
