Laserfiche Tasks Not Auto Refreshing in Laserfiche Cloud

Is there a way to have the Tasks auto-refresh when a new task comes into "My Tasks"? I am currently running on a demo account, so I wasn't sure if that's why it doesn't auto refresh or if it just isn't a feature in Laserfiche Cloud.

Tasks should auto-refresh in cloud. I was able to test a process assigned to me and saw my tasks page load the new tasks automatically. Are you able to consistently reproduce this issue?

Just checked today and it appears to be working. Not sure why it wasn't yesterday. Thank you for testing on your end.

We are looking into it further, some of our lower environments seem to be having related problems.
