Dears,

Why would the selection for service program be disabled in the Developer Console when trying to create a new app? The account I am using has Trustee access rights.

This issue has been resolved.

The account I am using has Trustee access rights.

After the user was granted the "Trustee Administration" access right in the Account Administration page, they still needed to log out and log back into Laserfiche Cloud for the change to take effect. Once the user did that, then they were able to create a new service application in the Developer Console.

Hi Mark!

When creating a new app in the Developer Console, the option to select a Service app type is disabled for you (see attached image)? Are you using the US Cloud region?
