Let me explain scenario.
- Danielle is admin with DocuSign production account ( created 3 templates)
- Leslie is clerk having user account inside the DocuSign. ( created 1 template)
Currently in option>>advanced tab we are using Danielle credential ( username with app password) for all users inside the web client along with Leslie; and it only shows templates created from Danielle account ( 3 templates) and we are not able to see template which was created by Leslie.
Now as per your provided details "The template list a user see's in Laserfiche is based on the DocuSign account associated with their Laserfiche user" .
:
-- Mean to say to display Leslie created template we must enter the credentials inside the LF client which was generated from DocuSign Leslie account ? Mean we need to generated app password from Leslie account as well ?
-- If yes, if we have multiple role/group like clerk , supervisor , director having multiple users inside the each role ; do we need to create separate template as an individual account or it associate details based on group wise ?
-- If Leslie created one template and can same group ( clerk) users able to see the same template inside the Laserfiche client or the same template need to creates inside the second user ( with cleak role) ?
-- Everything is configured by one-one relationship that template would be displayed based on DocuSign account and details entered on LF option>>advance section ?
As per laserfiche team template would be based on account which we have set on laserfiche but we required all the templates regardless who has create it.
