Workflow Rules Not Getting Imported

Hello Everyone,

Please can anyone help. I exported Workflows from my live server and imported into my development sever.  I discovered that the rules associated with the workflows don't get imported . When I open the workflows the rules are missing. I have done this twice now and its the same: the workflows are there but not the associated rules.

If you mean starting rules and self-hosted workflows, then how are you exporting your workflows? If you choose File\Save, then you're only getting the workflow definition. If you go through Workflow\Export, then that would export both the workflow and its starting rule.

Thank you Miruna. I actually use the Workflow Export in the workflow Tab. I have done this twice and the rules doesnt get exported. Check the attached image. Thats from where i exported the workflows

Please open a case with Tech Support and attach a sample exported workflow.
