We have three volumes created: Working, Archive7 and Archive. When we go to import a document in Laserfiche 10.3 and expand the "Advance" fields, the volume dropdown is only showing Working and Archive7. It does not show the Archive volume (for permanent retention). How do we get this to show?

Do you see it in the Admin console? Could it be because of the access rights on that volume?

Yes, it shows in the Admin console and "Everyone" is set to Create, View and View Security on the volume. At a loss as to why it is not showing. I believe this is preventing our Import Agent from being able to import documents into the volume. Works fine for other volumes.

NOTE: If I log directly on the server as the appropriate user rights, I can save directly from the server to the archive folder, just not through Laserfiche - it doesn't seem to recognize the volume now and it's been in existing for 14+ years.
