In Progress Instance That Has All Tasks Completed

I have two Forms instances where all the events and tasks in them are showing as "Completed", but the instance still has a status of "In Progress". How can I get the instance status to show "Completed"?

We are using Forms version 11.0.2311.50564.

Yes, all gateways and events had a status of complete. I ended up changing the status value in the database to a 2 and they now show as complete.

Will it let you Skip on the In Progress step?

Would going into Monitor, finding the instance, and clicking "Skip" mark it as completed for you by any chance? It might be glitching and hung up on something?

Hi Blake,

do you mean the instance get stuck somehow after all steps are finished? I think a basic check is if there are some gateways that are not completed yet. If not the case, could you directly contact the support team with your scenario?
