Access denied on new repository

I created a new repository using the Create New Repository wizard. Everything completed without issue until I attempted to log into the repository in the LF 11 Admin Console using the admin user or my other accounts listed under System Manager. I receive an Access Denied [9013] error. 

 

Did I miss a step?  Any help would be appreciated.

Every new Laserfiche repository contains a single user account called "Admin." By default, this user account is granted all permissions to the Laserfiche repository, and the default password is blank.

Did you try Admin with no pass?

That should be the only login there is on a new repository.

I ran into the same issue years ago when I created my second repository.
