Laserfiche Cloud-Customers Salesforce Objects not showing in Laserfiche Cloud

Hello,

We worked with one one of our LF Cloud customer to setup their SF Integrations in the Integrations->Application Connections settings.

We can verify the connection, but we are not seeing the SF objects needed from their SF Environment.  We believe it is a Scope issue, but we cannot find any LF Documentation to help us determine if this is the issue or not.

If anyone has information regarding pulling in a customer's SF objects, would love to hear what you did to get this to work.

Hi Jeff,

Are you able to view the Objects tab?

If you can, have you tried clicking the "Add objects" link?

If the Add Objects dialog can be loaded and you don't see some SF objects, it is highly possible that your account does not have access to these objects. 
You could check the profile that your account is using in Salesforce and ensure that the profile has at least read permission to the SF objects.
