The certificate used by Laserfiche Cloud for encrypting SAML tokens for single sign-on identity providers will expire on July 31, 2024. Laserfiche has deployed an updated certificate available now.

We are requesting that you review your SAML identity provider configuration and, if you are using the optional token encryption feature, update your settings to use the new certificate before the end of July. If you are not using this optional feature, not changes are necessary.
