Self Hosted Laserfiche API login with an organization other than ROOT

We have the self hosted API installed and it works with users in the ROOT organization but not any other organization.

I don't see anything in the docs about it https://developer.laserfiche.com/docs/api/server/ 

Any ideas?

Users in organizations other than root are not supported by the Self-Hosted Laserfiche API Server's  Get Token with grant_type "password", which is currently the only grant_type supported.
