User Migration : Laserfiche User to Active Directory User - Impact on Completed Tasks View in Forms

Hi All,

 

We are migrating one of our customer from Cloud to On-Premise. As a result of this Laserfiche Users are not converted to Active Directory Users. While this creates a new user profile, how do we ensure that new user can see completed tasks which he completed using older LFID.

 

For example

1. I completed task with "chandresh" as LFID

2. This is not visible to my new id "Techpanion\csharma"

 

Tasks in progress were handled through monitor where we reassigned it to Techpanion\csharma. I think it is because of SID's of user accounts, Is there a way to replace SID's in Forms. Look forward to your inputs.

 

We are using LFDS for Authentication and User Management and are on version 11.

Hi Chandresh,

are you migrating the users from Laserfiche Cloud to on-prem Forms? If that's it, it seems impossible to migrate because the data structure is quite different for LF Cloud and on-prem. If not, please provide us more details for your use case, or open a support case for help.
