I was deploying a process flow using the update option in forms and there was a glitch in our database.  After the deploy completed, I had 2 instances of the process flow, so i deleted the older version. This deleted all the history of process flow, i.e. you cannot see any of the history in Monitor. 

Is there anyway to recover this history?
