Would it be possible to set individual draft expirations per process to expire based different options: a specific date, a date range, or number of days?

We have multiple forms that get data updates at different times of the year. During the school year drafts have to be removed after X number of days depending on the process and then all have to be removed on a specific date.  Other processes have the same requirements but it is based on a fiscal calendar.
