We are having a strange issue with a Forms process wherein when we try to submit, the Form focus bounces to the top of the screen and will not complete the submission process.  We have tried clearing out all javascript (using classic designer), and created a version with no required fields.  We don't have any special validation rules, and backend validation is turned off.

Is there a way to see what the specific error is that is causing submission to fail?
