We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Supplemental Security in the Laserfiche Repository. This eLearning  course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll be going over supplemental security features like security tags, field and template rights, security reports, and volume access rights. We’ll define each feature and go over an example on how to implement them in your system. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud and the content also applies to Laserfiche 11.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

• Determine the applicable security report to use depending on your use case
• Integrate field and template access rights according to your needs
• Summarize how security tags work and implement them as needed
• Discuss how volume access rights work in conjunction with other security features
