I wasn't able to find anything on the roadmap about this, or anything on Answers. We have tons of customers that are utilizing Teams, but want to avoid having to assign to the user manually each time. Using Teams gives them visibility and the ability to re-assign tasks as needed, but I'm hearing from everyone that having to initially assign the task each time slows down the process.
