no records found to process

Hello,

We have rebooted all of our servers.  I still get "no records found to process."  I know workers are uploading info in Laserfiche and Laserfiche Forms.  Can you assist?

Where exactly do you see this message? And can you confirm that there are records to process in whatever location this application is configured to look for them?

If this is urgent, you should contact your Solution Provider.
