Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll explore various methods for searching your repository and generating reports when working with records. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud and the content also applies to Laserfiche 11.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Utilize quick access view to perform searches
• Run advanced searches on records in your repository
• Use Audit Trail to provide reports on records management actions
• Generate reports on records in your repository
• Use file plan to generate a list of the structure and rules that govern your records
