I accidently deleted the Forms Access Group and now I cannot login to Forms.

Unless I'm mistaken, a user with admin rights on the host server should be able to access the FormsConfig page (from that server) to add an access group.

Where exactly is the FormsConfig page?

Thank you!

http://machinename/formsconfig, where machinename is the name of the server where Forms is installed.

Angela,

Thank you!  Now that I added the new Group (Forms Access) back to the list, I am getting an error when trying to Save.  It says "The initial System Administrator user does not belong to a group that has access to Forms."

Who is the initial Systems Administrator?

Check the System Admin user listed on that same page right below where you added the groups. If the error is showing up when you try to save on the User Authentication page, then it probably means that your primary Admin user isn't in the group you just added.

Jason!

Thank you for your help!  I learned something new today!  I had no idea where that page was at and how to fix it.  I was able to get it working.

Thank you again!
