Link seems to be filtering according to setting on Monitor Page

I was successful at creating links to other Forms instance on a form using the Monitor page as a basis for the search. The links work great for me, but not for may AP person.

My filter on the Monitor page is All Processes. She is not even able to see all processes and whenever she click on a link, nothing will show becuse it is filtering by a different process.

Is there a way to change this link to filter by the process called Invoice Submit or, perhaps a way to remove her filters so she has all processes?

So, I did figure out a way to make this work. It was all in how I obtained the original link.

Originally, I went to the Monitor page and typed in the instance. I selected the instance, copied the link and manipulated it from that address.

I decided to drill down further just to see if it would work, and it seems to be allowing direct access to each instance, as needed. I went to the Monitor page, chose the Invoice Submit process, instead of using All Processes, and then I set any filters that would assist. From there I found an instance, copied the link, and used it for my forms field. I swapped the instance number out with the variable in my form and it now seems to be working.

So, originally, I just didn't drill down far enough to get a direct link to the instances I required.

I believe that System Administrators are the only ones that can see All Processes.

I was wondering if that was the case. Fortunately, I found a work around.
