I've read that there is not currently way to use the Remember Me feature on the mobile app for customers using SSO. This doesn't really make sense to us. We have approximately 1500 users on the mobile app, and if the app times out, the user must type their login id again. We would love to see an enhancement that allows it to remember the user's login for those of us using SSO. We are not expecting it to, nor do we want it to save their password, as we have devices that are shared.

My user id, if I use our domain\samaccount, is19 characters. Using my email address, it's 34 characters, and my first and last name are average to short. 

We have considered just linking to our forms website on the mobile devices since the browser can remember the login ids that have been entered, but the experience is more intuitive on the app.

Our locations are very high-paced, and, as is the case for most industries. We feel that this type of enhancement could be beneficial to a lot of Laserfiche customers.
