We have several workflows set up to search for and retrieve documents with different empty fields, and everything had been running smoothly until last Thursday (May 2nd). Is anyone else coming across this issue?

Nothing had been updated on our workflows, and I'm running into this issue with more than one, where it just returns "No entries found".

If I add text to the field and then search for that text, everything works fine, but I really need it to continue to pull documents with empty fields for various reasons.
