Create contracts on Laserfiche and enable users (public user )to access and view these contracts by clicking on a link received via SMS.

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to enable non-licensed users to view their contracts stored in the repository through a link received via SMS? Are there any alternative methods to achieve this within Laserfiche version 11 premise?

With the Weblink product you can provide non-licensed users access to a repository.  You'd need to probably use a 3rd party SMS service to send the texts, I've experimented using email to SMS in the past but many wireless providers are not providing a reliable experience with this service as it's the way a lot of spam is transmitted.

There is a brief overview of the WebLink product here. The main problem you'll have to contend with - in general, not just with WebLink - is that unauthenticated very often means public, which isn't always what you want.

Another option is Direct Share. It uses email, not SMS, but otherwise is a good fit. It is available with Cloud accounts and can be set up with self-hosted solutions in "hybrid" mode.
