I wish to use Workflow on a schedule, once a month, to search a repository for a certain set of documents, retrieve particular fields, sort those fields, and send that data to a CSV or XLX file (in the way you could via the webclient Metadata Report function), and send that report to reciepients via email. I know how to do all of the first steps and the last step but am not finding a way to produce an actual report of the data in the Workflow activities. If all that can be done with the retreived fields is to update a table from which we could then generate a CSV, it would be easier to just go through the steps in the web client manually to produce the report. Is there a way to acheive this report automation via workflow?
