Generate Laserfiche Web Client URLS config issue

asked on May 2, 2024

I am experiencing an issue within Workflow Designer where I have a Conditional Parallel Activity that is processing through pdf files. Here is the workflow I am using:

The Generate Laserfiche Web Client URLS is the one throwing the error where I am attempting to pass it the Move Entry Output entry token to generate a link that I can then send via email to recipients to use to view the newly processed pdf files. I have attached the error pictures as well of what is generated when you try to run this workflow. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Full Path and ID also don't work. It seems that you must specify an entry without being able to pass it through a token to complete the URL. Thanks in advance!

Yes they were, I actually figured it out it was because I was trying to collapse both branches into one it was the thing throwing the error message since it saw one token applying to two entries. Thank you for the assistance!

Move Entry is in a conditional branch, so it's not guaranteed to run every time. Have you looked at the instance details to see whether the conditions were satisfied for it to run?

Have you tried using "Current Entry" instead? Seems like it would be the same entry as the "Move Entry" activity's Output Entry, and would be unaffected by the conditionals that Miruna brought up.

It was the case as you and Miruna mentioned. It did not like the branches being consolidated.
