I see below message in Laserfiche ContentRepository Admin event logs. What is the "Duration" in message really about? Is it the time it took to connect to the database?

Performance warning: connecting to the database server did not complete in a timely fashion. This event usually indicates that the database server is overloaded. Repository="XXXXXXXX"; Duration=100450714 ms

We have 15 repositories having database on same server and we generally get all 15 databases messages at the same time
