Upgrade Import Agent from 10.3.1 to 10.4?

Hello,

I'm running Rio 10.4 and the Import Agent is still at 10.3.1. I have been looking around for the update to 10.4, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. From what I have read, you can't just upgrade from 10.3.1.497 to 10.4. U7. Are the updates to this product cumulative or do I have to upgrade in steps. I've been able to download the .zip for 10.4.U7, but selecting the zip for 10.4 does nothing. Please help.

The download link is only inactive because you don't have the product download role. Once your account is updated with the role, you'll be able to download it.

It looks like you don't have the "Product Download" role on the Support Site. You will need to request that role via the https://support.laserfiche.com/requestroles/ page. At the bottom of the page, you can select someone that you want to notify of your request. Take note of that user. You can reach out to them directly if they haven't granted your request in a timely manner.

Note that you can also get to this page from the Support Site Home Page > Product Support > Product Information Pages > Import Agent > Downloads

Unfortunately, I've already been to that page and found the Download link inactive.
