Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll look at the various actions you can perform on records. We'll walk through how you can set event dates, close and reopen a record, apply a hold, perform the cutoff action, and perform final disposition. This course applies to both Laserfiche Cloud and Laserfiche 11.

• Put records on hold
• Perform cutoffs
• Conduct final disposition on a record
