Upload preview (eye) option missing

I have two forms now using the new Forms Designer. The eyeball to view the uploads is available on one but not the other, yet these two forms are literally one and another one that was copied from the first one and just changed a bit for a different use.

Where can I find the trigger to get this eye to show up so users can preview the uploads?

You should be able to set this option on the upload field. Showing the uploaded images without a preview shows the eye icon.

Thanks, Kevin. I did have that on the upload field, and compared both forms numerous times to ensure that they were both set exactly the same, but one had the eye ball and one did not.

Unexplainably... this week, after seeing your response, of course, I'm looking at the form again and, guess what!? The eye ball is there! Grrr...

I wonder if it didn't show up right away because the form was too new... that can't be it, but... it's there now so, I guess that's all I need. Thanks!
