Is there any sort of limitation in place to how long or how many instances will be maintained when using the Monitoring feature for Business Processes in Cloud? Will the information only be kept for a certain amount of time, or for a certain number of instances?

If there are no such limitations now, are there any plans to introduce any in the future?

While there currently is no policy in place for business process lifetime, their retention should not be assume to be permanent. Limitations to lifetime and numbers will be added in the future. We recommend saving forms and history to the repository when long term retention is needed.
