We’re excited to announce the launch of a new course: Entry Access Rights and Scope. This course has a new user experience and covers the same content as the Managing Access Rights in the Repository course. This eLearning  course can be accessed in Aspire, at no cost.

Course Description: 

In this course, we’ll be going over repository security features like entry access rights, scope, and inheritance and how you can use them together. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud and the content also applies to Laserfiche 11.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe what entry access rights are and how they interact with other rights
• Identify and apply the principles of scope to user and group security 
• Administer entry access rights for users and groups
