Feature Request: Add Starting Rule Evaluation to Workflow Instance Details

asked on April 18

When viewing a Workflow instance that has run, in the Details tab it will tell you the Initiating Rule that was satisfied to kick off the workflow, but it does not tell you the evaluation of those rules like when you look at the Workflow Subscriber Tracer.

It would be nice to have those details when troubleshooting why a workflow instance was started in certain scenarios. Could there be a tab added named "Starting Rule" or similar that housed that information, similar to how the "Conditions" tab works?

Not quite what you're asking for, but the Subscriber Trace can load older trace files on demand.

Where are the older trace files stored?

The old subscribers logs locate at %programdata%\Laserfiche\WF\ServerData\SubscriberLogs\{Subscriber_Name}

How often are the older logs cleaned up? I only see one log file in that location.

For some reason browsing from the Subscriber Tracer wasn't pulling them up, but browsing from Windows Explorer did. This should work for my immediate need, but it would be nice to have the information in the instance data itself.
