Remove generate text default in Web Access 11

What do I configure to remove generate text default for everyone when importing documents?

On the Everyone group in the Administration Console, you can set the following attributes:

[Settings]ImportPDFPages False

[OfficePlugin]TextExtraction No

[Settings]EnableEDocTextExtract  No

I think that should disable all page creation
