If you wanted to get do a more advanced option, you could do something like this...
You could create something yourself via Workflow and a direct query on the LFForms Database - and email that on any schedule you want since Workflow has much more flexible scheduling options.
This LFAnswers post includes a database view that I use that roughly mimics the Monitor page in Forms.
Then this LF Solution Marketplace post that I created shows how to create a table in an email from Workflow.
The workflow from the Marketplace is actually getting the data from a table in a LFForm submission. Instead of that, you would want to get the data from a query of the database, querying the view that you set-up based on the Answers post. But then once you have the data from the query, building the HTML table for the email would be the same.
