User group not getting delete permissions

I need to grant delete permission in exception folder for a user group.

I have granted View rights in the repository and delete rights in the folder below it in exception folder but still the user dosent see delete option on document right click rights.
Please guide me what i am missing here. Why granting delete rights is so tricky in Laserfiche.

Does the user or group have the Delete feature right?

thats exactly what is was missing
 

I need to grant access at 3 places
1. in LF admin console -> repository -> LF dir. acc. -> add user group -> right click properties -> grant delete rights

2. In LF UI add the user group in repository

3. in the folder grant delete rights
