In Laserfiche 11, user navigates to correct folder, Scan button becomes blue. User clicks Scan button, and scan page opens up, and freezes, with mouse cursor showing loading wheel. Everything on the UI is unclickable and the window cannot be X'd out. Cannot access Scanner Setup option to try and troubleshoot. Only way to close it is through Task Manager. This has happened on two different workstations with the same scanner. Nothing has been changed, except that the scanner/printer was moved to a different corner of the room, so it was temporarily unplugged. But the printer functions fine. It is a Konica bizhub c368.

Hello, we are investigating this problem. Can you open a support case and provide the full dump file which you can follow the steps in this KB article to generate when scanning is hanging. Thanks!

Thanks for the response, I understand the steps to generate the dump file, however, where do I go to open a support case? I wanted to do this initially but could not find anywhere on the sites to do so.
