I am working with and department that offers monthly courses. Each participant registered in the course needs to complete a set of orientation forms that we have created in Laserfiche. For each course, an exported roster is created that contains the list of each student and their contact information. 

I am trying to automate emailing each student the list of courses by extracting them from the roster list. My first thought was QF, but I am not sure this will work as there is not a specific page for each student. Also, I am not sure if QF can capture the variability needed for the roster export. The names and email will be in same column but the number of rows for each course can vary. 

Wondering if anyone has created a similar solution either using QF or another component of Laserfiche that I am missing?
