Display Issues

I have a user that got new monitors.  And since the new monitors, they started having display issues in the LF client.  Take a look at the attachments to see what they are reporting.  I have been through all the windows display settings and nothing seems to correct the issues.  Has anyone seen something like this before?  Any ideas at all?  I also included the client version info.

Are they using scaling/zoom (included advanced scaling) in the Windows settings?

I usually see this sort of thing when scaling/zoom are enabled, or when remoting into a PC with a different resolution.

In my experience a lot of people adjust the scaling/zoom when they get a larger monitor because the higher resolution makes icons smaller than they would like.

Just took a look.  They are not using any custom scaling.  It looks like everything is on the default or recommended Windows settings.  I also tried updating their monitor drivers, but that didn't do anything either.
