Administration Console includes much more helpful information about accounts including the last login time, so it is the best place to clear up licenses no longer needed. It would be helpful to add to the context menu a feature to change the licenses directly from here for Laserfiche Directory Accounts.

I tried choosing the option to Delete and nothing happens, the account remains in DS and the license assigned remains.
